Planting seeds: Meet Christopher in Uganda
Christopher participated in a workshop, supported by the Aga Khan Foundation and Global Affairs Canada, where he and his neighbours worked to identify barriers to education in their community.

In Christopher’s community, school fees are one of the main barriers preventing children from getting an education. Together, they decided to start a community garden so produce could be sold to pay tution, and surplus food could be used to feed their children.
