Programme Finance Accountant, UK (Fixed term contract)

To lead the financial management and oversight of an Asian Development Bank (ABD) project, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant financial accounting, reporting, and oversight. The role will support the delivery of all financial aspects of the ADB project, including donor reporting, reconciliations, cost recovery, budgeting, and compliance, in close collaboration with programme colleagues and the wider AKF(UK) finance team.

To contribute to the financial management of AKF(UK)’s wider programme portfolio and support the Programme Finance Manager in running efficient and effective financial processes across all AKF(UK)’s programmes and grants.

Senior Partnerships Manager, UK (Fixed term contract)

The Senior Partnerships Manager (SPM) is responsible for overseeing the grant management of assigned grants, primarily a large grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), as well as contributing to proposal development, representing AKF(UK) at various events and meetings of technical groups, and supporting AKF(UK)’s partnerships with ADB and others. The SPM will also support AKF’s global partnerships function.

Facilities and Operations Manager (Aga Khan Centre, London)

Job purpose

This role is responsible for managing the effective functioning of the Aga Khan Centre to provide safe, efficient, secure, legally compliant and environmentally friendly spaces for residents, employees, students and visitors.

Leading a small team, the Facilities and Operations Manager will be responsible for providing a seamless support service to manage and deliver high quality proactive and reactive maintenance to a standard which is in accordance with the nature of the Aga Khan Centre and provides value for money. The role covers all aspects of repairs & maintenance including plumbing, air conditioning, electrics, building fabric, health & safety and emergency support and requires the postholder to be hands on, supporting the maintenance team with technical support, knowledge & coordination as well as executing PPM plans, managing contractors and overseeing and inspecting works.
