Programme Finance Accountant – ADB Project (UK)
Three-year fixed-term contract
The Programme Finance Accountant will lead the financial management and oversight of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) project, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant financial accounting, reporting, and oversight. The role will support the delivery of all financial aspects of the ADB project, including donor reporting, reconciliations, cost recovery, budgeting, and compliance, in close collaboration with programme colleagues and the wider AKF(UK) finance team.
The Programme Finance Accountant will also contribute to the financial management of AKF(UK)’s wider programme portfolio and support the Programme Finance Manager in running efficient and effective financial processes across all AKF(UK)’s programmes and grants.

Finance Assistant (UK)
The Finance Assistant will support the Finance team with efficient and effective financial processing and financial controls, by holding responsibility for the various admin tasks within the team.
They will also maintain close working relationships with other AKF (UK) employees and provide cover of key responsibilities for the Finance Officer (Expenditure) and Finance Officer (Income).

Office & HR Assistant (UK)
Fixed-term maternity cover contract until January 2027
To support the AKF(UK) team by running efficient and effective systems for front office and office operations. To support the Head of HR and work closely with the HR Officer in HR Administration. To cover for PA duties to the CEO when the PA to the CEO and Office Administrator is not available. This support and coordination role will help the office as a whole to sustain high professional standards and effectiveness.
The Office & HR Assistant is responsible for: office administration (50%), HR, Health& Safety & security administration (45%), and IT administration (5%).
