Available positions
Head of Property Finance (UK)
The Head of Property Finance will support the Chief Financial Officer in managing efficient and effective accounting and financial reporting processes in relation to AKF(UK) managed properties and AKF(UK)’s trading subsidiary.
The postholder will maintain a close working relationship with the Head of King’s Cross (KX) properties, commercial tenants and external property management companies in relation to the KX buildings. They will oversee all AKC shared service supplier contracts and procurement processes.

Finance Officer (Income) (UK)
The Finance Officer (Income) will support the Head of Finance and Administration in running efficient and effective financial processing, financial controls, financial reporting and monitoring on all AKF (UK) income.
The postholder will maintain a close working relationship with other AKF (UK) employees and provide cover for the Finance Officer (Expenditure).
