Established in 1981, the Aga Khan Foundation USA builds partnerships with United States government agencies, non-governmental organisations, private and corporate foundations, and other development non-profits to mobilise resources and expertise that enable the Aga Khan Foundation’s global work.
In the United States, the Aga Khan Foundation’s Washington, DC office promotes awareness of our innovative programmes and long-term impact on millions of people around the world. Across the country, our fundraising initiatives are led by a robust volunteer network organised into seven regions.
All donations go directly to the Aga Khan Foundation USA’s programmes and projects. Americans can learn more about opportunities to get involved here.
